Cancellations

There aren't any.

Seriously this is something we must have.  If you don't show you lose.  NO CANCELLATIONS within 30 days of departure.  That's right NO money back.  IF you cancel prior to 30 days we will refund 50% of the charter fee. That is 50% of the charter fee NOT your deposit. Here's the deal, you don't show--we could have chartered the boat the afternoon before for as much or more than you are paying. We will hold the boat until two (2) hours past normal departure--that's 7 AM, so we hold it till 9 AM. If you are still a no show then it is up for grabs.

We highly suggest that you take trip cancellation insurance.  That covers your Water World bookings as well as you flights and hotels.
